Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Real Estate Manager. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management, manage lease administration, and handle lease agreements. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with commercial real estate clients, managing property portfolios, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The manager will also be involved in negotiating leases and identifying new commercial real estate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Property Management and Lease Administration skills
• Experience with managing Leases and Real Estate portfolios
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
