About the Role

We are looking for a confident and dynamic Real Estate Executive – Front Desk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client interactions, property dealings, and front-desk management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a strong interest in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

* Conduct client meetings and property visits.

* Greet and assist walk-in clients, manage incoming calls & emails, and address initial inquiries.

* Maintain and regularly update property listings.

* Follow up with leads and ensure conversions into successful deals.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Stay updated with real estate market trends, property rates, and legal compliances.

* Coordinate with legal advisors as needed.

* Manage accurate documentation of deals, contracts, and client records.

Requirements

* Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).

* At least 1 year of experience in real estate or a related field.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Well-presented, confident, and polite in client interactions.

* Basic knowledge of the real estate market and local property locations.

* Proficiency in front desk operations: managing calls, scheduling, and visitor handling.

* Language: English (Mandatory)
