Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct site visits and property inspections with potential buyers.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive developments.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closure of sales/rental agreements.
• Maintain proper documentation and client records.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum graduate (any stream).

• Experience:

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales/consulting are preferred.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online property portals.

• Other Requirements:

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
