Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Kolkata. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, providing market analysis, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The consultant will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and staying informed about the latest real estate trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to provide excellent client service and training where necessary
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
