Role: Closure Manager We are looking for a driven and experienced Closure Manager to handle end-to-end property sales closures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client meetings, negotiations, and ensuring smooth deal finalization. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end sales closures from lead conversion to documentation. Conduct client meetings, property discussions, and negotiations. Manage site visits and explain project details to potential buyers. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead handover and deal finalization. Maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business. Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets. Prepare and update daily/weekly closure reports. Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred). 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales/closure management. Strong negotiation and client-handling skills. Excellent communication in English & Hindi. Confident personality with the ability to close deals independently. Target-driven and self-motivated.
