Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager located in Pune. The Closing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the closing process of loans, coordinating with various parties to ensure timely funding and accurate documentation. They will work closely with the sales team and mortgage lenders to facilitate efficient transactions and resolve any issues that may arise. The Closing Manager will also manage the workflow to meet deadlines, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Experience and expertise in Closings and Funding processes
Understanding and familiarity with Sales and Mortgage Lending
Knowledge and experience in handling Loans
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
