Job Summary

PROPKARMAA is looking for an experienced and result-driven

Closing Manager

to handle end-to-end deal closures. The role involves managing client interactions, project presentations, site visits, negotiations, and coordinating documentation to ensure smooth and timely bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries and understand property requirements
Present suitable residential and commercial projects
Conduct project briefings, client meetings (physical), and site visits
Negotiate pricing, offers, and close deals successfully
Coordinate with sales, CRM, and documentation teams for smooth booking closure
Maintain regular follow-ups with hot leads until deal closure
Share updated project details including pricing, inventory, and offers
Manage booking forms, documentation, and payment follow-ups
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from first call to final booking

Desired Candidate Profile

2–6 years of experience in real estate closing / sales
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in handling site visits and high-ticket clients
Good understanding of real estate documentation and booking process
Target-oriented with a strong closure mindset
