Real Estate Assistant Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
• Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to improve agent performance.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline checks.

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and high-potential market segments.
• Collaborate with marketing to create lead generation campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy as needed.

Client Management:

• Support agents in managing client relationships and closing deals.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and high-net-worth individuals.
• Resolve client issues or disputes professionally and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
