Riverwood Projects is a new-age real estate company developing premium yet practical townships across North India. Our flagship project, Riverwood Estate, is a 25-acre plotted township in Kharkhauda, next to the IMT industrial zone.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, energetic on-site sales executive to assist in client handling, site visits, and sales closures at our township site.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Attend and manage walk-in and scheduled site visits
✅ Explain plot inventory, pricing, location advantages to customers
✅ Coordinate with GM Sales and CRM team for lead follow-ups
✅ Help build trust with clients and assist in closing deals
Who Should Apply:
🔹 1–3 years of real estate sales or site handling experience preferred
🔹 Strong communication skills (Hindi fluency is a must)
🔹 Familiar with Sonipat / Kharkhauda area (preferred)
🔹 Comfortable working on-site full-time, including weekends
