Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and investment goals.
• Conduct property showings, presentations, and site visits to highlight project features and benefits.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring a win–win outcome for both the client and the company.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other business development strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with brokers, channel partners, and other real estate professionals to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service and sales growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
