Job Description:

  • Engage with buyers directly or through the channel partner network to sell verified properties.
  • Regularly update leads, site visits, and inquiries in Salesforce CRM.
  • Follow up with potential buyers and close deals within the assigned timeline.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners for increased lead flow.
  • Provide regular feedback on property market trends to the team manager.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure high visibility of listed properties.
  • Ensure buyer due diligence and smooth documentation for property transactions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Number of properties sold per month.
  • Number of site visits arranged.
  • Conversion rate of site visits to sales.
  • Revenue generated from property sales.
  • Timeliness in CRM updates and reporting.
  • Customer satisfaction and post-sale support

Note- Experience Required: 3-8+ years in resale

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
