Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property sales, rentals, and purchases, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include showing properties, negotiating deals, marketing properties, and maintaining updated listings. The role also involves advising clients on market conditions, property prices, and legal requirements in real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficient in Sales and negotiation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with the Ahmedabad real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field is preferred
