Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and invest in properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, property valuations, advertising properties, and negotiating transactions. The agent will also provide excellent customer service, guide clients through the transaction process, and ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License
• Skills in Real Estate and Real Property
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Prior experience in the Gurugram real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
