Requirements
7+ years of frontend development experience
Strong expertise in React.js with a focus on reusable components and clean code
Proficient in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React and Next.js
Deep understanding of REST APIs, with exposure to GraphQL or gRPC
Hands-on experience with various rendering strategies: SSR, SSG, CSR, ISR
Solid testing experience using Jest and Playwright for unit, integration, and E2E testing
Proven ability to lead frontend projects from design to deployment
Skilled in designing and building high-quality frontend applications
Experience running internship or mentorship programs
Ability to conduct effective code reviews and maintain a clean codebase
Familiarity with AI tools like LLMs and how they can enhance development workflows
Strong collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
Clear communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to clients and non-tech stakeholders
Comfortable working in agile environments and delivering projects on time
Demonstrated ability to make informed tech stack decisions for new projects
Proactive in identifying and resolving API-related or integration issues
Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with the team
