Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled React Native Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications, publishing apps on Google Play Store & Apple App Store, and managing end-to-end backend development including databases and server infrastructure. Experience with real-time communication, WebSockets, and Agora SDK is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps with React Native (and React.js for web if needed).
Design and optimize backend APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and GraphQL.
Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Firebase.
Implement real-time features (chat, audio/video calls, live streaming) using WebSockets & Agora SDK.
Manage app deployment on Google Play Store & Apple App Store (including TestFlight & Play Console).
Set up & maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, AppCenter).
Collaborate with designers, QA, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ensure server infrastructure, cloud deployment, and monitoring for high performance.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in React Native (mobile) and solid experience with React.js (web).
Strong backend knowledge in Node.js, Express.js, REST, GraphQL.
Experience with WebSockets, Socket.io, and real-time apps.
Hands-on expertise with Agora SDK for audio/video/live streaming.
Proven experience publishing apps on Play Store & App Store.
Strong grasp of server/cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean) and CI/CD.
Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and software engineering best practices.

Nice to Have

Payment integration (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal).
Familiarity with TypeScript, Redux, Context API.
Mentoring experience and code reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
