React Native Full Stack Developer

This full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Developer at O-Health in Bengaluru involves handling end-to-end development, from mobile application (React Native) to backend infrastructure, database management, and deployment. The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in storing, transmitting, and anonymizing patient data effectively on servers in compliance with healthcare standards. Proficiency in React Native, Node.js, Express.js/Nest.js, Django/FastAPI, database management, cloud services, RESTful APIs, WebSockets, authentication & security protocols, CI/CD, and BLE data integrations is required. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the O-Health Android application, building secure and scalable backend APIs, optimizing app performance, designing and managing database architecture, deploying backend infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with ML engineers & frontend teams, debugging and optimizing API calls, database queries, and mobile app performance, and supporting versioning and A/B testing of health algorithms. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or related field, 2+ years of professional experience, experience in React Native, and prior work in HealthTech or medical applications. Understanding of HIPAA compliance, experience in healthcare, social impact, or AI-for-good projects is also required.
