Location: UL Cyberpark, CalicutType: Full TimeExperience Level: 3+Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented React Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building responsive, scalable, and high-performance front-end web applications using React.js. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to transform ideas and designs into intuitive, engaging user interfacesKey Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and scalable front-end components.• Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and scalability across devices.• Integrate seamlessly with RESTful APIs and collaborate closely with backend developers.• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback to peers.• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest React.js trends, tools, and front-end best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications with React.js (JavaScript and TypeScript).• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools such as Webpack and Babel.• Solid experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or similar.• Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Ant Design (AntD) or equivalent.• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await).• Deep understanding of component-based architecture and reusable design patterns.• Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.• Knowledge of Next.js or Laravel is a plus and will be considered an advantage.
