Job Description

Job Title: React Lead

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and optimization of responsive single-page web applications
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality front-end solutions
Drive technical decisions, best practices, and code quality standards
Implement Micro-Frontend architecture and Cloud/Hybrid Cloud solutions on AWS
Ensure applications meet all security, accessibility, and performance requirements
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Mentor junior developers and ensure consistent adherence to standards

Required Skills & Experience:

810 years of experience in front-end development using
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design
6+ years of experience building SPAs using
React/Redux or Angular
Must have hands-on experience with
React (with Hooks), Angular
, and
TypeScript
Strong experience working with
Micro-Frontend (MFE) architecture
(strongly preferred)
Experience implementing
Cloud/Hybrid Cloud solutions
, preferably AWS
Strong understanding of
unit testing
(Jest or similar) and
E2E testing
methodologies
Experience building highly secure, accessible, and performant applications
Proficient with
Git SCM
, command line usage, and version control workflows
Experience with
Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
is a plus
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in
Agile methodologies
