This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Recruiter . The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting potential job candidates for a variety of positions within our organization. Candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally. Must have good experience in Excel. Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts. Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings. Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Analyze financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.
Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, banners, landing pages, and UI elements. Create marketing and promotional materials such as social media creatives, posters, brochures, email templates, and infographics. Work closely with the marketing and development teams to deliver designs that enhance the user experience and support brand objectives. Optimize graphics and images for web, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and modern. Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials. Edit and retouch images, product photos, and videos when required
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services. Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Perform SEO/SEM activities — keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, link building, and ranking improvement. Create, curate, and publish engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and blogs. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools. Optimize digital campaigns for better ROI and lead conversion. Coordinate with the design team for creatives and visuals needed for campaigns. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
