Job Summary:

Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement
sales and marketing strategies
to achieve business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities through
market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling
.
Prepare and manage
quotations, proposals, order confirmations, and customer communications
.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients in
domestic and international markets
.
Participate in
trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
to promote the brand.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for
timely order execution and customer satisfaction
.
Handle basic technical queries and route complex issues to senior staff.
Maintain accurate records of
sales leads, marketing activities, and customer interactions
in CRM/ERP systems.
Generate
MIS reports, marketing performance reports, and export data compilations
.

Key Requirements:

MBA in Marketing or Graduate in Science/Engineering with relevant experience.
5 - 6 years of proven experience
in sales and marketing within
industrial/manufacturing sectors
.
Strong exposure to
international markets and export documentation
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in
MS Office and ERP systems
(SAP/Oracle or equivalent).
Willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Preferred Attributes:

Technical understanding of
steel grades, ferro alloys, and industrial applications
.
Knowledge of
export marketing regulations and logistics
.
Strong analytical skills for market data interpretation.
Customer-first mindset with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
