Job Summary:

• In this role, a React developer should be specialized in building dynamic and interactive user interfaces (UIs) using the React JavaScript library.
• Work should be a blend of creative design and technical programming, focusing on the user-facing part of a web application.
• The primary responsibility of the role is to work closely with development architects, clients, and business analysts to build efficient solutions leveraging the appropriate technology stack.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong analytical and design skills, including the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective technical designs that work well within large-scale, well-structured enterprise environment.
• Component Development: Design and implement reusable components to enhance application performance and scalability.
• User Interface Design: Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
• State Management: Utilize state management libraries like Redux or Context API to manage application state effectively.
• Code Optimization: Ensure code quality by implementing best practices in coding, testing, and debugging.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance and optimize rendering processes to improve user experience.
• Process Governance: Develop PDDs, solution design documents (SDDs), and test plans according to the company standards and framework.
• Ensure all automations adhere to coding standards, security protocols, and enterprise governance policies.
• Process Improvement & Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems. Promote standardization to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the regional and global finance projects.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certifications on React and related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

• Develop web applications and components based on a Java/React technology stack.
• Translate UX designs into responsive React web apps.
• Integrate Neo4j graph visualizations (organizational networks, skills mapping).
• Build components with reusable design system approach.
• In-depth knowledge of React, including component-based architecture, hooks, and lifecycle methods, is crucial for building efficient user interfaces.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API to manage application state effectively.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring optimal application performance.
