1. Job Title: Simulation Engineer

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Hands-on with

  MAGMA

  or equivalent CAE software for HPDC
• Die proving and die trial support on HPDC machines
• Runner/gate design and simulation analysis
• Coordination with Tool Design for design optimization
• Ensure defect-free castings and support VAVE/Product Optimization

Soft Skills

2. Job Title: Tool Design Engineer (LPDC/ HPDC)

Location

Qualification

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Independent tool design for aluminum HPDC dies
• CAD modeling (UG-NX), core/cavity and 3D tool drawings
• Feed system design and simulation

  (MAGMA mandatory)

• Team guidance and simulation review
• Ensure First Time Right design with smooth die trial & production handover

Soft Skills

3. Job Title: Process Engineer HPDC/ LPDC

Location

Qualification

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Die casting process analysis and improvement
• Coordinate with design team to optimize tool and process
• Support in die proving, trial analysis, and documentation
• Preferred: Hands-on with UG-NX and MAGMA
