Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented R&D Project Manager to lead and oversee the development of innovative personal care products from concept to commercialization This role bridges the gap between R&D, marketing, production, and quality assurance ensuring that new product development projects align with timelines, budgets, and customer expectations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end R&D projects, including ideation, feasibility, formulation, testing, documentation, and scale-up Collaborate with cross-functional teams R&D, Regulatory, Procurement, Quality, and Production for smooth project execution Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation using effective project management tools Interface with clients to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project status Ensure product compliance with national and international cosmetic regulations (eg BIS, FDA, EU, ASEAN) Drive innovation by researching market trends, raw materials, and technology advancements Maintain proper documentation including Product Development Reports, Stability Data, and PIFs Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed

Required Qualifications:

Education:

B Tech / M Tech Cosmetics

Hard Skills:

Strong understanding of formulation science in cosmetics, skincare, and/or oral care Experience with regulatory and safety compliance (labeling, claims, MSDS, etc) Proficiency in project management tools (eg MS Project, Trello, Asana) Data analysis and documentation proficiency

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Customer-focused approach and adaptability

Preferred Experience:

5-8 years of experience in cosmetic, skin care, or oral care R&D
