Europe and UK. We blend the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with the precision of modern science to

formulate solutions that suit the tastes modern day customers. As we expand our presence in the holistic

R&D Lead

to unlock the next generation of herbal breakthroughs.

Your Role – Guardian of Innovation:

You’ll be the force behind our product innovation engine—driving the research, design, and development of

powerful, clean, and effective Ayurvedic and herbal formulations. From the first spark of an idea to the final

bottle on the shelf—you’ll guide it all.

What You’ll Lead & Create:

Formulation Excellence

•

Conceptualize and develop Ayurvedic, herbal, nutraceutical, and personal care products

•

Create clean-label, high-performance formulas rooted in traditional Ayurvedic principles and backed

by scientific validation

R&D Strategy & Innovation Pipeline

•

Scout new herbs, actives, delivery systems, and emerging natural ingredients

•

Design a long-term innovation roadmap that blends market trends, tradition, and wellness science

Testing & Efficacy

•

Lead stability, efficacy, and compatibility studies

•

Ensure all formulations meet safety, quality, and performance standards

•

Lead clinical testing initiatives for selected products

Cross-functional collaboration

•

Partner with procurement, quality, regulatory, and marketing to deliver holistic products

•

Support manufacturing teams with scalable and process-friendly formulations

Regulatory & Documentation

•

Ensure adherence to AYUSH, FSSAI, and other global compliance standards

•

Maintain meticulous technical documentation, dossiers, and claims support

Team & Thought Leadership

•

Inspire and lead a team of scientists, herbalists, and technical experts

•

Be the voice of R&D in strategy meetings and product visioning sessions

• Accompany the founders to PR events, podcasts and webinars

•

Coordinate with company’s international B2B customers and be the face of the brand in India,

Europe and UK

What we need from you:

•

Masters in Ayurveda

•

5+ years in formulation and R&D of Ayurveda formulations

•

Deep understanding of herbs, rasa-guna-veerya-vipaka, classical texts, and modern actives

• Track record of launching commercially successful and clinically backed products

•

Strong grasp of clean formulation, sustainability, and holistic health trends
