• R&D Leadership: Direct and oversee all research & development activities including process development, scale-up, analytical support, and regulatory compliance for APIs.

• Innovation & Pipeline Development: Identify and prioritize new generic API opportunities in alignment with business strategy and global market demand.

• CDMO Project Management: Lead development activities for CDMO clients, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Regulatory Readiness: Ensure development documentation and technology transfers meet global regulatory requirements (USFDA, EMA, PMDA, etc.).

• Technology Transfer & Scale-Up: Drive seamless transfer of processes from R&D to manufacturing with strong collaboration with production and quality teams.

• Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing R&D team of scientists, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams for efficient execution of company strategy.

• Compliance & IP Management: Ensure adherence to EHS, GMP, and IP guidelines while fostering a culture of integrity and compliance.
