Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development of new food products from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct formulation research, sample trials, and sensory evaluations.
• Modify and optimize existing product recipes for improved taste, shelf life, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with production teams for pilot batch trials and scale-up activities.
• Work closely with procurement to identify and evaluate raw ingredients and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other food safety & quality standards.
• Maintain technical documentation including formulations, batch records, trial reports, and specification sheets.
• Monitor product performance and gather market insights to support innovation.
• Support packaging and labeling development with relevant technical inputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Biotechnology / Nutrition or related field.
• 2 to 2.5 years of hands-on R&D/Product Development experience in the Food Industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of ingredient functionality, sensory analysis, and shelf-life evaluation.
• Familiarity with FSSAI guidelines and food regulatory compliance.
• Ability to handle multiple product trials and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
