• Automation at Manufacturing Processes
• Study existing manufacturing processes
• Identify processes to automate them to achieve consistent results, desired quality, and improve production.
• Robotic Automation
• Study and install collaborative robots to automate manufacturing processes.
• Setup hardware communication including power supply modules, PLC, SMPS, Relays, Safety devices, and PCBs with Robots.
• Software Communication
• Understand communication software and control software of respective automation systems and robots, and configure them accordingly.
• Software for Development
• Design hardware setup using tools like Rhino, AutoCAD, and Catia.
• Programming
• Programming in C++ and Java.
• Utilize programming within robotic software like Dobot Blocky, Kuka programming, Universal, etc.
• Engage in autonomous robotic programming.
• Documentation
• Maintain documentation of all programs and save them securely on a server.
• Update and maintain documentation for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and machine developments.
• Prepare data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the production team to document issues and gather suggestions for improvements.
  

• Think differently and stay informed about new ideas in the market to enhance processes.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Automation or Robotics.
