Job Description

The R&D Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and improving products, processes, or technologies through innovative research and engineering methods. This role involves conducting feasibility studies, prototyping, testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and market-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities Research & Innovation Conduct research to identify new technologies, materials, and processes that can be integrated into products. Explore and develop innovative concepts in line with the company’s product roadmap. Design & Development Create and refine product designs using CAD and simulation tools. Develop prototypes and conduct iterative testing to validate design concepts. Ensure products meet required specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Testing & Analysis Perform experiments, simulations, and lab tests to evaluate performance and reliability. Analyze test results, identify improvements, and implement design changes accordingly.
