Job Description:

Aloha Tech Ventures is looking for highly skilled and motivated Research Scientists with expertise in Nanotechnology, Graphene nanomaterial, Conductive ink synthesis, and Nanofiber development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with Ph.D. in Nanotechnology/Chemistry/Materials Science/Polymer Chemistry, and hands-on experience with advanced characterization techniques and laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Graphene synthesis, conductive ink formulation for fabric coatings, and Graphene based nanofiber development.

· Perform material characterization using XRD, AFM, SEM, TEM, FTIR, UV-Vis, and other analytical techniques.

· Interpret and analyze experimental data to optimize materials and chemical processes.

· Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate and reproducible results.

· Develop new methodologies for nanomaterial synthesis and characterization.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including chemists, physicists, and engineers.

· Prepare research reports, technical documentation, and scientific publications.

· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in laboratory environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Grade I: Ph.D. in Nanotechnology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry with 2 years experience or M.Sc. with minimum 4 years experience in the related field.

· Grade II: Ph.D. in Nanotechnology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry or M.Sc. with minimum 2 years experience in the related field.

· Strong understanding of Nanomaterials, solvents, and conductive inks.

· Hands-on experience with XRD, AFM, and other characterization techniques.

· Proficiency in chemical data analysis.

· Knowledge of spectroscopy, microscopy, and chromatography techniques.

· Experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a small research team.

· Preference to candidates located in Coimbatore or willing to move to Coimbatore.
