Key Responsibilities

• Perform Insurance Verification for dental services across various US-based practices.
• Document verification results accurately and update patient records in dental software systems.
• Create plans within PMS tools.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure patient data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate updates.

Qualifications

• Experience with CareStack / Dentrix / Open Dental / Eaglesoft.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Dental Insurance Verification.
• Sound knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare documentation standards.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
