RB - Affluent Business:Mutual Fund Research Analyst

The MF Process manager is responsible for managing the Mutual Fund Product distribution processes, launching new customer centric platforms to boost MF Business Planning and Execution. System Enhancements & Developments, Compliance, Complaints management. The process manager is also responsible for managing NFO related activities, Business Analytics, Contest/Campaign Management for Mutual Funds Products.

Launching new customer centric platforms to boost MF Business Planning and Execution.

System enhancements - Liaising with IT, Ops, AMCs & Vendor Partners for Simplifying and strengthening the internal processes for Mutual Fund Business.

Project Management - Manage CMC Notes and relevant approvals for project kick-off, BRD documentation, UAT test plan preparation and execution.

Regular project reviews with IT, Ops and vendor to monitor project plan & progress.

Handling Audit/Regulatory/Compliance requirements related to Mutual fund Business.

Manage Business Analytics, Internal MIS, dashboard, product presentations, Contest Management and D2C/CRM campaigns for Mutual Funds Products.

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Graduate/Post Graduate with at least 4-6 years of experience in Process management with good knowledge of fundamentals of Mutual Fund Product and its processes. Preferably NISM V A certified. Sound technical knowledge.

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Needs to have very strong in-depth knowledge of Mutual Fund Product and exposure to Basic Banking.

Needs to be very approachable and should have the ability to work in challenging environment.

Excellent communication skills, ability to maintain good rapport with all stakeholders.

Eye for details, meticulous and creative

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Advance knowledge of MS Excel/PPT, capability to work on large data.

Added advantage hands-on knowledge of JIRA project management tool.
