Rating Analyst

You will be responsible for Client Management and Stakeholder Management. This includes discussing with key management personnel of the corporates being rated to understand their strategy and business model, as well as communicating the final Rating to the client. You will also analyze the Company's financial performance by evaluating past financial and business performance, benchmarking these against peers, projecting future performance, and undertaking rigorous credit risk analysis encompassing industry and business research. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to timelines. - Maintain a high quality of analytics and rating committee presentations. - Take complete ownership of a client account, being responsible for all day-to-day operations and interfacing with clients for operational activities. - Provide guidance and support to 1-2 junior analysts and assist the manager in daily activities. - Manage the team and account by training and developing the team, coaching, sharing best practices, and providing feedback. - Liaise regularly with client management and analyst teams to assess feedback and satisfaction. - Support thought leadership and content building exercises in the Mid Corporate Segment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial analysis and credit risk assessments. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Prior experience in credit rating, financial analysis, or related fields would be advantageous.
