Key Responsibilities

A. Dy Project Leader

• Assist Project Director in planning, designing, implementation, testing and commissioning of the project.
• Administrative and supervisory activities and documentation for all works during construction.
• Preparation of bid documents suitable for procurement with prequalification in accordance with the procurement guidelines of funding agencies, invitation of tenders, prequalification of bidders and evaluation of bids..
• Prepare monthly progress reports and quarterly progress reports in a form agreed upon by NCRTC and funding agencies and shall highlight the slippage of any activity and propose catch-up programme for the same to adhere the proposed construction schedule.
• Attend the periodical site inspection during the defects liability period and order the contractors’ actions to be taken and payment methods.
• Support testing and commissioning and preparation of the project completion report, which will be a compilation and condensation of the data presented in regular monthly progress reports, together with copies of as-built drawings.
• Co-ordinated Planning of systemwide works and intergration with project planning.
• Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/Employer.

B. Chief System Integration & Interface Expert

1. Complete system integration in the project.

2. Identifying/defining all the potential interfaces among various components of the project. Develop and incorporate necessary provisions for interfacing in respective tender documents. Reviewing Tender Documents of the works for interface issues.

3. Outlining the process for coordination and management of parties involved across various disciplines for various interface activities.

4. Developing BIM platform shall be developed in such a detail that all interface activities can be ensured.

5. Conduct regular interfacing site visits/meetings with all the stakeholders to ensure compliance of interfacing requirements.

6. Establishing monitoring process for the interfacing of the registered request.

7. To prepare detailed interfacing matrix for exchange of information and proper compliance of different requirements by all stakeholders.

8. Facilitate assimilation of requirements of all phases i.e. planning, designing, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning among various consultants / contractors / suppliers / other stakeholders and thereby prepare, manage and control, the overall system integration processes.

9. Manage System Integration tests and coordination for trial runs before operations and demonstrate the system readiness for commercial operations
