Job Description

You are a qualified and dedicated Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) responsible for overseeing radiation safety and cyclotron operations at a medical isotope production facility. Your main responsibilities include: - Operating and maintaining the medical cyclotron and associated production equipment. - Ensuring compliance with AERB radiation safety regulations and maintaining safety protocols. - Performing quality control tests, preparing chemical solutions, and maintaining laboratory and facility hygiene. - Participating in routine facility maintenance to ensure operational readiness. - Collaborating effectively with team members to contribute to a safe and productive work environment. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Education in sciences preferred nuclear Medicine / Bachelor or Master in Nuclear Medicine Technology. - Mandatory RSO Certification in Medical cyclotron from AERB India. - Experience in operating medical cyclotron equipment. - Familiarity with radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance. - Ability to work overnight shifts and be flexible to work in alternative shifts. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.,
