Radiation Safety Officer (RSO)

As a Radiation Safety Officer at Indo-MIM, your role involves ensuring radiation safety compliance as per AERB regulations. You will be responsible for interpreting RT (Radiographic Testing) images, preparing and maintaining SOPs, emergency & evacuation plans, and conducting radiation safety training for radiation workers. Additionally, you will manage TLD badge monitoring, dose reports & AERB reporting, handle AERB licensing, renewals & X-ray equipment approvals, and coordinate audits to ensure timely closure of non-compliances. Qualifications required for this position include being AERB-certified as a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), having experience in RT image interpretation is preferred, and possessing a strong knowledge of the Atomic Energy Act 1962 & AERB Rules 2004.
