About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance team as an R2R Analyst/Senior Analyst. The role involves managing end-to-end Record to Report processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end R2R process including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end/year-end closing.
  
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in line with statutory and corporate guidelines.
  
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on time.
  
• Support fixed assets accounting, intercompany accounting, and consolidation activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, FP&A, Tax, and Audit) to ensure smooth financial operations.
  
• Assist in external and internal audits by preparing schedules and responding to queries.
  
• Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/ICWA/CIMA/ACCA preferred but not mandatory).
  
• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in R2R/General Ledger/Financial Reporting.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/US GAAP/Ind-AS).
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in a shared services/outsourcing environment.
  
• Exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls.
  
• Lean Six Sigma / process improvement experience.
