• Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools • Complex Accounting • Project Exp on Process Improvements • Excellent communication skills • MS Office skills.

• 100% WFO (work from office) • Willing to work in night and rotational shifts. • AR experience required • Customer service skills • Well-organized and proactive • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally • Good listening skills • Ability to work independently • Tracking budget expenses • Attention to detail • Maintains healthy vendor relationships • PC proficiency • Data entry skills • General math skills

• 5+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities • Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills • Interaction with the client - Governance calls • SLA adherence • Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred.
