Location: NagpurRoles and ResponsibilityShould have Finance and Accounting exposure General Ledger accounting reviewing and approve activity of Journal Entry done by the team,General Ledger reconciliations - bank reconciliation, Cash Reconciliation, Card Reconciliation other different tender types (voucher, points etc)8 years� experience +1 year of team handing in Customer to Cash end to end processLead a large team and handle month end, year-end preparation, be responsible to smooth execution and ensure books are closed on timeEnsure all month end activities are completed within agreed timeline, KPI/SLA targetManage aligned process in general accounting, fixed asset, intercompany, reporting, balance sheet reconciliationEnsure successful external & internal auditAbility to handle team and client discussionsGood analytical, verbal and email communication skillHigh customer serviceStrong analytical skill to understand process issues and provide solution basis of process requirementIdentify, recommend and implement solution upon discussion with finance operation leadsEnsure stakeholder queries are attended timely manner, responsible and proactive mannerGood written and verbal communications skillsShould be flexible in shifts.
