Job Description

Location:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Execute assigned
Record to Report (R2R)
tasks and activities in line with approved policies, procedures, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Participate in the
transition of R2R activities
, including creation and continuous improvement of
detailed desktop procedures (DTPs)
with step-by-step task instructions.
Utilize ERP and finance systems such as
Oracle Fusion ERP, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft D365 (F&O), BlackLine, Trintech
, and related tools to perform R2R processes effectively.
Escalate service delivery or production issues promptly, and collaborate with the manager for timely resolution.
Identify and recommend
continuous improvement opportunities
to enhance operational excellence, including process optimization, automation, and organizational design improvements.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of
adjacent Finance & Accounting functions
, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
