Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining our finance team as an R2R Analyst, where your primary focus will be on variance analysis, P&L management, and utilizing advanced Excel skills to support financial reporting activities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities within the R2R process. - Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements to track financial performance. - Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain key drivers impacting financial results. - Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. - Assist in meeting audit requirements by providing timely and precise data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address accounting issues effectively. - Enhance financial spreadsheets and templates using advanced Excel functions. Qualifications Required: - 3 years of relevant experience in R2R, general accounting, or financial reporting. - Proficiency in P&L statements and conducting detailed variance analysis. - Advanced skills in MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts. - Sound knowledge of accounting principles. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
