Quotation Coordinator

• Manages the entire quote process: reviewing client needs, collaborating with sales/production for pricing, preparing detailed proposals using EXCEL SHEET, tracking status, following up, and ensuring accuracy, all while providing great customer service and maintaining records to improve future quotes. Key duties include data entry, price analysis, communication, and admin support, requiring strong Excel and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities :

· Quote Generation: Review customer requests, gather info, and prepare precise quotes/contracts.

· Collaboration: Work with sales, production, and sometimes vendors/suppliers for pricing and details.

· Data Management: Maintain pricing databases, run reports, and update price files.

· Customer Service: Communicate with clients, manage inquiries, and follow up on quote status.

· Process Improvement: Analyze quote success rates and suggest ways to optimize the process.

· Admin Support: Provide general support for the department and handle administrative tasks.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

· Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, teamwork, problem-solving, organization.

Experience: Data entry, order processing, customer service.

Note : Must link between customer requests and final pricing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of professional proposals and act as a central point for quote information, supporting sales and ensuring smooth operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
