QUICK Commerce Manager / FOOD BACK GROUND IS MUST

Relevant Experience: 3- 8Yrs

Location- Mumbai Chembur only

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Platform POCs:

  Act as the main point of contact for all e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives to ensure smooth operations.

• Delegate and Execute:

  Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure their timely execution. Take ownership of new initiatives and projects, overseeing their implementation from start to finish.

• Daily Task Oversight:

  Supervise daily tasks to ensure they are completed accurately and on time. Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action as needed to meet deadlines.

• Follow Management Directions:

  Execute directions provided by management in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and understanding of goals.

• Hygiene Checks and Listing Updates:

  Conduct regular hygiene checks to maintain product quality standards. Ensure accurate and up-to-date listings across all platforms, optimizing product visibility and discoverability.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Market Research:

  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

• Performance Analysis:

  Analyze marketplace performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaboration:

  Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive integrated strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platforms.
  
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
