Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for a Queue Manager / Ticket Controller. In this role, you will manage, prioritize, and allocate support tickets efficiently to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. You will oversee the ticketing system, monitor the progress of active tickets, and collaborate with support teams to adhere to service level agreements (SLAs). Communication with clients for updates, troubleshooting assistance, and follow-ups will also be a key responsibility, along with preparing reports on ticket statuses and identifying areas for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in queue management, ticket tracking, and prioritization within support systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively liaising with clients and teams
  • Ability to analyze and improve ticketing workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with IT support tools, ticketing platforms, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance
  • Problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic reporting and analytics to track ticket trends and performance
  • Prior experience in customer support, IT management, or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred
