We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyors (Junior & Senior Positions) | Chennai – Nungambakkam Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to work on diverse residential and commercial building projects? We’re expanding our team with two Junior QS and one Senior QS to join us in Nungambakkam, Chennai. Open Roles: Senior Quantity Surveyor (8–12 Years Experience) Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000/month Notice Period: 15–30 Days Junior Quantity Surveyor (Minimum 5 Years Experience) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month Openings: 2 What You’ll Do: Take-off quantities from AutoCAD drawings Prepare cost estimates, billing, and vendor bills Coordinate indent and procurement with project teams and vendors Manage stock reconciliation, client/vendor billing, and daily reports Assist in contract management and project documentation What We’re Looking For: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (DCE / BE / B.Tech) Experience in residential/commercial building projects Strong knowledge of rate analysis, labor billing rates, and cost management For Senior QS: Minimum 8 years of site QS/Billing experience For Junior QS: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Proficient in English (spoken and written) Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license (for senior role) Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai Apply Now Call: 9176218889 Email: connect@optalon.com Show more Show less
