Quantity Surveyors (Junior & Senior Positions)

We are looking to hire Quantity Surveyors for both Junior and Senior positions to work on a variety of residential and commercial building projects in Nungambakkam, Chennai. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you should have 8-12 years of experience and will be responsible for tasks such as taking off quantities from AutoCAD drawings, preparing cost estimates, coordinating procurement activities, managing stock reconciliation, and assisting in contract management and project documentation. The salary offered for this position ranges from 45,000 to 65,000/month with a notice period of 15-30 days. On the other hand, as a Junior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will also be involved in taking off quantities, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with project teams and vendors, managing billing and reports, and assisting in project documentation. The salary for this role is between 25,000 to 35,000/month, and there are 2 openings available. To be eligible for these roles, you should have a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, experience in residential and commercial building projects, a good understanding of rate analysis, labor billing rates, and cost management. Additionally, for the Senior QS position, a minimum of 8 years of site QS/Billing experience is required, while for the Junior QS position, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is needed. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for these roles. For the Senior QS position, owning a two-wheeler with a valid license is mandatory.
