Quantity Surveyors (Junior & Senior Positions)

As a Quantity Surveyor at our company in Nungambakkam, Chennai, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial building projects. We are currently looking to add two Junior Quantity Surveyors and one Senior Quantity Surveyor to our team. **Role Overview:** - Take-off quantities from AutoCAD drawings - Prepare cost estimates, billing, and vendor bills - Coordinate indent and procurement with project teams and vendors - Manage stock reconciliation, client/vendor billing, and daily reports - Assist in contract management and project documentation **Key Responsibilities:** - Diploma or Bachelors in Civil Engineering (DCE / BE / B.Tech) - Experience in residential/commercial building projects - Strong knowledge of rate analysis, labor billing rates, and cost management - For Senior QS: Minimum 8 years of site QS/Billing experience - For Junior QS: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience - Proficient in English (spoken and written) - Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license (for senior role) If you decide to join us, you will be part of a dynamic team working on exciting projects in a vibrant location.
