Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for two Senior abd two Senior Quantity Surveyors located in Tiruchirappalli. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost management tasks including cost planning, cost control, and cost reporting. Additionally, the role involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and managing project budgets. The Quantity Surveyor will ensure accurate cost assessments and effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Skills in cost reporting and financial analysis
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry preferred
