Job Description

Job Role- Quantity Surveyor

Experience- 2 to 4 years

Note: We are hiring only male candidates for the requirement

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site quantity take-offs and material assessments in line with project drawings and specifications.
Support the preparation and verification of running bills, subcontractor bills, and measurements.
Monitor daily work progress, labor deployment, and material usage to control costs on-site.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier performance and coordinate with them for timely work execution.
Assist with on-site documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project budgets.
Identify deviations or variations and support in preparing variation orders or claims.
Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and the Head Office to align execution with financial planning.
Implement effective cost-control measures on-site and provide real-time feedback for corrective actions.
Support in resolving any cost or quantity-related site disputes.
