Position

Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
.
Minimum
10–12 years
of experience in
Quantity Surveying
.
At least
6–8 years of experience in the UAE
, specifically within the QS department of a
large construction company
.
Strong background in
Post-Contract Administration
.
Experience handling
contractual correspondence
, including:
Extension of Time (EOT)
claims
Variation Orders (VOs)
Must have
Pre- and Post-Contract Administration
experience on
large building projects
.
Excellent knowledge of FIDIC
conditions of contract is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and review of interim payments and final accounts.
Evaluation and negotiation of claims and variations.
Coordination with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors on contract-related matters.
Maintaining project cost control and contract compliance.
Ensuring documentation is in line with contractual obligations.
