Role Description This is a full-time off-site role as a Quantity Surveyor located in Gurugram. Knowledge of Software's - Mainly AutoCAD, CalQuan, Auto Plotter & Road Estimator. CalQuan/Auto Plotter is Mandatory. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating and monitoring construction costs, managing project finances, preparing tender documents, and ensuring projects meet quality and regulatory standards. Proficiency in construction cost estimation and project budget management Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Excellent analytical and numerical abilities Effective communication and negotiation skills Relevant certifications in Quantity Surveying would be beneficial. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Civil or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field Experience 7 - 16 yrs. Salary 77K - 143K per month as per experience

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Surveyor to join our infrastructure team, specializing in railway and road construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level Machine , and Auto Plotter, and will be responsible for collecting and processing accurate field data to support design, planning, and construction execution. Key Responsibilities: Conduct land, route, and topographic surveys for railway and road alignments. Use Total Station, Auto Level Machine, and Auto Plotter to gather precise data on elevations, distances, and locations. Set out roads, rail tracks, structures, and drainage systems as per project drawings and specifications. Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference lines required for construction. Interpret technical drawings and layouts to align survey work with design intent. Coordinate with engineers and site teams to resolve discrepancies between design and site conditions. Process survey data and generate accurate reports, drawings, and maps. Maintain and calibrate survey instruments regularly to ensure measurement accuracy. Monitor construction activities to verify adherence to planned levels, slopes, and alignments. Ensure survey work complies with applicable standards, codes, and safety regulations. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or related field. Minimum 3 years of field experience in surveying for road and railway infrastructure. Strong proficiency in operating Total Station, Auto Level , and Auto Plotter instruments. Skilled in survey software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS tools, and data processing applications. Good knowledge of horizontal and vertical alignment principles, levels, and cross-sections. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
